Early Career:
Born in Malden, Massachusetts; raised in Seattle, Washington. Won Washington State composition award, age 15. Featured keyboard soloist at Monterey Jazz Festival, age 17. Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah in Composition and Piano.

Toured and recorded worldwide, including 5 years as keyboardist with John McLaughlin as a member of the legendary Mahavishnu Orchestra. Additionally, performed with Al Di Meola, Freddie Hubbard, Wayne Shorter, Billy Cobham, Jack Bruce and many others. While based in Europe, performed as solo jazz artist and recorded 10 solo LPs.

Los Angeles Session Career:
Performed on hundreds of films and TV episodes as a session keyboardist. Featured on John Williams score,“Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade”; also worked for Jerry Goldsmith, Lalo Schifrin, Patrick Williams, David Newman, Ira Newborn, Richard Gibbs and dozens of other composers.

Citizenship and Employment Eligibility:
Stu Goldberg is an American citizen with Canadian Landed Immigrant status (BC permanent resident, since 2002).
